Please use this form to register for the Men's/Women's Doubles event on FEBRUARY 18 at MAC WEST.

Event cost is $25 per person, per event, for three sets of tennis plus food and fun!

Reservations are open 30 days prior to each event and close the Wednesday before the event. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration, as well as a final confirmation email on the Friday preceding the event that includes team assignments.

All matches start at 6:00pm unless otherwise noted. Times and locations are subject to change. so please check the web site and watch for emails confirming your reservation and start time.
